My FTB Minecraft randomly crashes after 2-3 mins of playing!

After playing for 2-3 mins on Direwolf20 pack 1.6.4 + some added mods my game randomly crashes.
The minecraft window just abruptly closes without warning or an error message. PLEASE HELP!

If optifine isn't the problem and you could always try to remove chickenchunks mod and not use the CC chunkloaders (if you need chunkloading, you can use railcrafts), as it seems that the error has to do with ChickenChunks (If a lot of chunks get forceloaded at the same time ChickenChunks borks for some reason).

I've had the same problem, then I removed Hats & Hat stands from the pack, and I haven't had a single crash since then.
