Hey guys! I started a map on FTB about a week ago and I figured that I would post my progress as I go along. My idea is to factorize a village. This village has a ravine close by, 2 oil wells (one large, one small) and abundant rubber trees.
Seeing as there is no redpower, I'm going to have to use Buildcraft for most of my needs. This is the underbelly of my peat farm. I wanted a way to fill up my water buckets without using a considerable amount of energy so I set up a pump. It gives water to a liquid loader, which loads a cart, which is then unloaded by the liquid unloader. The liquid unload then fills up a bucket and it is put in the chest next to the minecart.
Dirt is manually placed in the chest and sand is pumped in from my tree farm. The diamond pipe filter out dirt and sends it to the chest; while also sending the peat from my peat bog and the wood from my farm into my chest.

My tree farm is a much more simple build. Dirt and fertilizer are placed into the chest and then crafted into humus. The stone pipe transports the sand to my bog and the wood to my storage building. (I removed the diamond pipe after I took this picture)
My power generation are. There are 2 solar panels on top of the forge, 2 generators and an MFE. Also you can see my coke oven/blast furnace
This is my processing room. 2 rotary macerators, 2 electric furnaces, 1 compressor and 1 industrial centrifuge
