My FTB Keeps Re-downloading??

Ok, so here's the prob. Iv'e been playing FTB for HOURS. I had a pretty cool house built, and had alot of materials and machines. So then, I have to go to the grocery store with my Mom. When we get back, I open the FTB Launcher, chose the Ultimate Pack(Which is the one I have been playing on.) and clicked launch. But instead of launching, it said Downloading Mod Pack!!!! This has happened before though, the only reason I'm posting now is because I thought I fixed it. Also, I added ALOT more mods and had a world I worked a whole bunch on. I feel kind of pissed to see it all just go. Does anyone know why this is happening? If you do, can you tell me how to fix it?

This sounds like the error I experienced not that long ago. Inside the Ultimate modpack's folder there is a file named version. Open that with notepad and see if there are any numbers in it. If the file is blank, as in no number in it, type 1.0.1 into it and save it.

If it does have a number in it does it say 1.0.2? If it does then you need to change the drop down box just above the descriptions of the mod from recommended to 1.0.2

I did what you said, and know it won't launch!! Have I done something wrong? I went to the drop down box and selected 1.0.2 like you said.

Just to make sure the version file said 1.0.2? If that is what it said selecting 1.0.2 shouldn't have stopped it from launching. Simply stopped it from trying to default back to the recommended version of 1.0.1

Keep in mind that Ultimate 1.0.1 is the Recommended version, and they may push an unannounced change to 1.0.2 as that's the developmental build.
