Details of the issue My friend has a crash half a second after he joins the server. I do not have any problems whatsoever and can go in that chunk just fine.

Try and move the player ClipReact - if you can't do it when the player is logged on, due to crash - use NBTExplorer and edit his playerfile.

Remember to take backups on the files before you edit.
