I can connect to my server but my friend sometimes can join me.
He's got Disconnected like
Timeout
internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
My friend name is : l3adCaT
PS. I can't post the full logs because exceeding the limit of pastebin

Change your server to run in online-mode and tell your friend to use a paid account.
