I Don't know why but a asm transformer word caught my eye and it is somewhere in the logs. My OS Is windows 8 64-bit, java is 64-bit, Version is 5.10 i think, i am allocating the default memory to the server and My Server is my local Laptop which i am using right now to play minecraft/Direwolf20 So it Is a Local Server.
I Honestly Have no idea why it doesn't work and it just crashes! P.S:Sorry if i misspelled anything! Edit: Sorry if i dont reply, i will check it every now and then. Edit's Edit: And Sorry if i didn't Post The Info In the correct order, I am new here!

Looks like you're missing some files. Try redownloading and starting at a new location?

Make sure that whatever you are using to start up the server. that it is pointing to the right file. Remember, you might need to rename the jar so your startup software can find it.

I looked in logs and it said at one part "2013-02-24 20:28:44 [INFO] [STDERR] Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: cpw/mods/fml/common/asm/transformers/AccessTransformer" And i looked in jar and found it but its a .class file.

But the file is there... and it says that for some others too...i dont think it has permission or something! though thats unlikely cause it has its own folder...
