Details of the issue:

I was building a Big Reactor, but when I started placing the coolant (gelid cryotheum), I started crashing, I can't even join the server for more than a couple of seconds.​

Do you have optifine installed?

Remove it as that error can be caused by optifine.

If you really have to use it then if chunk loading is set to multi-core change it to normal.

If you crash in the future then remove optifine first to see if that fixes it.
