my char is glitching

I can't bust dirt blocks with my hand. I can dig them up with a shovel.

i just can't with my hand. This started after I updated my texture pack, but i went.
back to default and it still isn't working. this in single player, so I uploaded it to my
server and opped my self and it still isn't working.

You're probably in the wrong forum section but nonetheless:
What modpack are you using?
Do you have any other mods installed besides what came with the pack?

i am using mindcrack and have myscraft and gravity gun added. also NEI mystcraft plugin.

Could you at least give us some information?
What happens when you try.. do you just not get the block, does it instantly reappear, we need information to help you man :/

it reappears really fast, and I don't get it.

Reinstall the mod pack?

i will do that if I have to. I will just make sure I have a shovel with me at all times. It seems to be the only thing that is glitching at the moment.

It is just odd it was working fine till I updated the soartex texture pack. i tried going back to default textures still same thing thou.
