Howdy, folks. Time to add my own Let's Play series to the mix here on the forums. WARNING: Mature Language (or is it Immature Language?!?), so proceed with caution. If words offend you, feel free to bypass my series...

So, what is MwE FTB? Pretty simple: It's me, tackling Feed The Beast in an SSP world. Plenty of humor, establishing my empire, and maybe some nifty stuff along the way. No tutorials here, just pure FTB play.

The holidays have distracted me, but I've recovered. In that time, a few updates were made, and I've decided to start fresh yet again, this time with the DireWolf20 pack! Look for more Thaumcraft and Redpower in this reboot...

The latest episode of MwE FTB is up! Finally back to where I was during the first "season" of the LP - Got my Hall of Ages built, and even found the Dense Ores symbol! Time to kick things into high gear! Next video will feature the new FTB mod, ThaumCraft!

Oops. I've been slacking! Not good, not good. But I'm here to fix that with four new episodes of my FTB let's play!

In Episode 10, I check out the basics of ThaumCraft...


Episode 11 see me off on a quest to find Greatwood, and I find just a bit more than that...


In Episode 12, Kayla joins me (sort-of) for a trip into the Twilight Forest...


And finally, Episode 13 features a battle with the dreaded Hydra!

Yes, I'm productive. What can I say - FTB is a great mod pack with lots of fun content! So here's yet another MwE FTB episode! This time around, I make another trip into the Twilight Forest, looking for whatever else I can find, and I find quite a bit...

Back to the Beesics! Yes, it's an episode of MwE filled with bad puns, but don't beerieve me just yet! I'm back into bee breeding with the Forestry mod, working my way down (hopefully) the Industrious line. Plus, I keep a promise from my last video and take on the Naga! You gotta beelieve!

Granted, nothing terribly special this episode, but I really didn't take the time to plan so much as felt the need to put something up to let you all know I hadn't abandoned the series. Bonus: I shamelessly namedrop Jadedcat, whom I briefly interacted with in a YouTube comment thread on JoeHills' channel...

Howdy folks! I'm back, and brand new for the new year! Time for a reboot of MwE FTB, this time using DireWolf20's FTB mod pack! For this first episode, I picked a new seed and did a little basic exploring, and it turns out that this is quite the nifty world to start playing in! Goals for this particular round of videos include checking out RedPower 2 and expanding my FTB skills more and more. Details are in the video description.

So yeah, the setup I had in my previous video was pretty primitive. In this quick update, I give you a look at how I fixed this problem - after MANY hours of dealing with the last one in order to get it to this point. Gotta deal with the painful, boring stuff before you can come out on top, I suppose...​

This go-round, I get into Soul Shards - but not before I have some recording issues >.< That not withstanding, I (soul) forge on and complete my task - A Tier 5 Blaze Spawner, which I have lofty designs for in the near future (AKA the next video). In my quest, I build myself an Etho Blaze Spawner (off camera) to simplify the soul collection process...

w00t! SMP MwE FTB! Found myself a Direwolf20 Pack (plus Twilight Forest) server, and it's a fun one! No PvP like some servers I've been on (*coughWoKcough*), and a great group of players to interact with! Here's my moment of arrival on the server, checking out the spawn area...


And in episode two, I've traveled out into the world and found myself a spot to build! Not only that, but I've managed to build the Evil Volcano Lair Mark II, and take on a team of like-minded Minecrafters, thus creating a group dedicated to the goal of building a massive FTB empire! Check out the completed (surface area of the) lair, and the beginnings of said empire...

Plenty of goodness this post! First of all, in SSP action, I'm upgrading my lava supply with Liquid Tesseracts. Spiffy!


On the SMP front, DeGeiDragon and I get into making Arcane Alembics in order to reduce the amount of Flux we're releasing into the local Aura. Thaumcraft: It's Magic!


And just for fun, imasu recorded some of our TeamSpeak chat during a period of server down time. DeGeiDragon and I entertain the gang with some crazy old people voices and lots of hilarity!
