2) Even if it was, it would take a psychic to glean sufficient information from what you've given us in order to give you any help.
3) Go to the proper venue (the support forum) and provide the proper information (a console log and a list of what you've already tried, as well as the specific mods you're adding) and then maybe someone will take time out to help you. As it is, this post doesn't do anything but push useful content/discussions further down.
