Summary of the problem Multiple World Leaks causing massive lags

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? My wife and I have spent a good chunk of time building up our SF3 world and now we've got a LOT of lag due to what I believe are 3 world leaks occurring in our main Overworld. Currently, we had a server crash due to Refined Storage lagging along with the world leaks.

I'm also getting 3 repeated "The world has leaked messages".. I'd love to know of a way to rectify these leaks so I can continue on with my world.
