Multiplayer world to single player conversion

I have been playing on a server with my friends. recently they have lost intrest and i would like to continue playing.
is it possible for me to convert the server files to a singleplayer world as my computer is unable to run the server and play at the same time.

you can just copy the world folder to the saves folder just ask your friends to remove the chunkloaders or when you load the world it will load alot of chunks
