Hey!

Im not sure this is the right section to post it maybe someone can move it if it isnt?

So im trying to play All the mods 6 with my son, we have two computers next to eachother in the same network.

At first we were having issues connecting to eachothers game. Even tho it showed up in Multiplayer. I disabled the firewall on both computers and now it works sometimes?

Second problem: When we manage to log in to the same "server" a popup comes out saying we need to purchase the game. But we have one copy that I bought 10 years ago.
Do we need two bought copys?

Any help resolving this is much appreciated!

Not a FTB pack - so we can't help you out with specifics about that pack.

Either open the ports needed or do as you did (but I don't really recommend turning firewall off) - or setup a proper server - that can run from the same machine as one of your clients - as long as you have enough resources for it (ram, cpu and disk).

Yes - you will need to have a paid accounts for all players that want to play, you can't use the same account on 2 machines.
