Multi-farm spare saplings?

Hi all,

I have the largest tree farm possible making apple tree's. It has 64 saplings in every sapling slot. I have 2 hatches, pumping to a diamond pipe, saplings going one way, apples going to another into a squeezer, etc. One thing that is not being pulled out is the saplings. Any reason for that?

The saplings in the top right six slots are not meant to be pulled out. They're internal storage meant for the farm's consumption (replanting trees). It's much the same with the dirt meant for farmland; that also stays inside.

Once those six slots are full, extra saplings will go into the bottom slots, and those will be pumped out.

Just fill the 5 slot with items so you dont need to wait for it to fill all the slots.
