I see this is a dead thread, but figured I'd mention, Modular Powersuits Addons is available for 1.7.10 from our github http://github.com/QMXTech (the current build is in the QMXTech modpack) and is available here for 1.6.4: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ch94x4oyl9dlqub/AADLi2mwqq6HTfzsnM2YXAONa/1.6.4?dl=0 .
New versions of both MPSA and Modular Powersuits will be available soon, so keep an eye out.
