Moving worlds from mod pack to anther mod pack

Hello !


I want to move my world from 'Ultimate mod pack' to ' FTB 1.5.2 Beta With GT'


But there is ERROR !

there is completely different configs and IDs between Ultimate and the 1.5.2 Packs, full stop you will not be able to convert ultimate worlds into 1.5 with the removal and additions of mods.

what should me do ?
is there a solution ? OR create a new world ?

The major Minecraft updates (1.4.x to 1.5.x) usually bring about world-breaking changes. This is also occurs for the mods as they change versions.

The EASIEST solution is to create a new world.

Specifically 1.4 to 1.5, I believe there is an EXTREMELY small chance of creating a compatible world.
