Moving ftb maps from singleplayer into a server

Anyone knows how to move the ftb maps i downloaded from the launcher for singleplayer into a server so i can play with my friends?

copy and paste them on the server, aftwards change the worldname in the server.properties to match the name of your world(map)folder
