Problem Move SP world of Skyblocks (1.1.0) to MP server?

Like the tittle says, is there a way to do it?

Since A friend of mine as a server, we wanted to use the world that I have on SP on the MP is it possible? If yes how so? I did search the web, but only found something for "normal minecraft" and try it, but all the blocks of non-minecraft where strange don't know why.

Yes it's possible, you simply start the server, go to the server file, delete the world folder contents.

Go to your minecraft singplayer save file, most likely and copy the contents into the server world folder.

Then start the server

That didn't work, all the block from the mods where strange, like all blocks from Railcraft where an anvil and such

The server is running the same modpack as your single player?

Yep the same, if they wheren't I would not ask this question not that "dum"

Well, Server is running the same version of the modpack, it should be literally as simple as copying your save file into that world folder. Which is why I asked.
