Windows .exe Move mouse to secondary screen

Hi!
I've been watching the most recent episode on BlueXephos, and I've noticed that Duncan can do this at 5:18:

Is there a public solution or that's an in-house solution for them? As that's very annoying I have to press F11 all the time I want to see something on my secondary monitor on the wiki.

Thanks in advance!

PS I haven't found any related threads w/ a solution on the whole web

well.... when a program that uses the mouse for input takes focus, it grabs the mouse. this is normal windows behavior.

you will typically always have to tab out of the program that has the focus to release the mouse so that you can move it around the OS.

it would be REALLLLLY annoying if the mouse left the focused window anytime you moved it to/past the edges of the window.... like rage inducing annoying.
