Move Local FTB to new pc

Good day guys.

I am currently playing FTB single player and have got myself a new PC but I want to know if it possible to move my world over or if I must start again. I don't realy want to start again as I have spent about 2 months playing daily on it.

Please can you advise me if this possible or wat I should do>.

Yes you can. The world is located in (ftb directory)/(name of pack you're using)/minecraft/saves. Just copy the folder of the save you want to your new computer. You could also just copy the whole ftb directory and you wouldn't even have to redownload any packs.
