Details of the issue:
For some time now I have been having random it seems problems with my mouse scroll speed in game suddenly going to a almost slow movement. Hard to describe almost like if I suddenly was stuck in mud or something. I can't seem to replicate the problem or find a solution on the internet. I have looked everywhere. I never have had this happen. It will start and stop randomely (it seems random) Sometimes when I go in and out of inventory (e) it will stop for a bit but starts again. Now when I log out for a bit and come back in maybe next day or whatever it works find for a while however when it starts it is pretty consistent and does not stop. Eventually it is just constantly slow and can't get out of it. I have tried changing graphic settings and tried so many different things. It is extremely annoying. It is not F8 have tried that as well as turn basically everything off in Grafics trying to trouble shoot the issue. My computer has not changed at all since playing mincraft a few months ago and was playing Direwolf 20 and never had this problem. I have messed with the mouse sensitivity also. Seems one fix is to restart FTB and minecraft completly. Other than that I am out of options and very frustrated.​
