I'm still getting my feet wet in Mystcraft so I'm going to ask. By not specifying biomes as SuperFlorian did will that lead to world instability?

The native biome controller covers the whole thing. It's basically "do what happens in the overworld". You would probably have instability if you assigned biomes on top of that, just like assigning multiple biomes to a "single biome" controller causes it.

The native biome controller just generates the bioms. Huts and temples would be most likely in the Terrain Features section, but this version of Mystcraft dosn't have symbols for them, so I think you can't have them in an mystcraft age yet. I'm not sure though.
