More texture pack problems

I've found a texture pack that I really like (this one: http://www.9minecraft.net/ozos-texture-pack/ ). Problem is the grass is black. I then downloaded MCPatcher HD Fix. It just crashed the game. I figured out that it was custom colors that made it crash, but I have no clue how to fix the color of the grass.

You are modifying the game with mcpatcher, which invalidates your official support requests. If it is trying a custom grass colour, try a different resource pack. MCPatcher is not compatible and neither is Optifine.

Your thread was closed because the issue is with MC Patcher. You need to bring the issue up with them. They likely won't support it because you're playing on 1.4.7.
Current in the modded scene is 1.6.4
