Details of the issue I Have recently tried installing various modpacks from the Curse launcher, and I've been finding more then my fair share of issues.

Right after it finished updating and is ready to launch, the native launcher crashes (Java launcher won't work as it refuses to recognise my java 8 64 bit)

It gives me a rather short log, but I am unsure of what it means

I understand that it is ignoring the permsize command, but what does the rest of it mean?

And more importantly... How can I fix it?

It gives me the same result.

Read the instructions for getting full log and post that.

And that you didn't manage to read those instructions, did you read the first one about the force update - and what did you try?

That is the full log. Im not kidding that is seriously the full log. From latest.log

Im using curse, there is no force update button. And in the folder there was only three files
latest.log
2016-09-11-1.log.gz
2016-09-11-2.log.gz

Yes I know you're using curse, there's a part for instructions when using curse in that link - did you try that?

If there's no fml-latest then you're looking in the wrong folder.

Yes I did do what it said on both websites. The curse instructions had no effect. (except deleting my jar fike?) and I literally followed the pictures to the letter

I seem to be getting somewhere, I've downloaded and installed a separate launcher (unofficially from my friend) that literally has no bugs and is the same as curse. It even recognised my 64 bit java files. Rip.

Still have to stream from the curse launcher to download and install files. Now I just need to see if it will crash every three seconds on expert mode.

Legit loading 15657 textures takes a while haha.

Straight off the bat it started blacklisting materials, then crashed. Will have to look into this further :/

Honestly being rude wont get you the help your seeking.... They don't get paid to try and solve your problem, they are here to help because they choose to do so.... They are also not in front of your PC so they don't know what you have tried and what you haven't without asking....
