[Monster] Tome of Alkahest Not Working?

So today on a private server I crafted the Tome of Alkahest so I can dupe nether bricks for my base. When I craft it it has the data of: 27480:256 as where the one in NEI is: 27480. Also I noticed when I press r on the one I crafted it shows the recipe, the NEIl version does not. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
 
AFAIR the dev of that version of Reliquary disabled the tome in code in preperation for a rewrite of the alkahestry system.. that was a while ago though and i have no idea if anything has changed since
