There's no soul forge, and no force wrench (for to nick spawners from dungeons) so is there some replacement?

Or do I have to go and make myself an oldschool vanilla "darkened room and stuff" mob trap?

If royarycraft is there make yourself a bedrock pickaxe. That can pick up spawners. Alternatively use a boring machine from rotarycraft to tunnel bore into the spawned. (may have to supply alot of torque, something like 8192(I hope that's a power of 2) torque, which can be easily done through a industrial coil.

Oh if you do use the Bedrock Pickaxe from Rotarycraft, just bear in mind that by mining it manually the spawner will spawn 12 mobs upon a successful harvest of said spawner.

Only if enabled in the config. The FTB team has this disabled by default I believe.

Rotarycraft looks complicated. It's something I mean to get around to tinkering with but haven't managed so far (doesn't help that my main base is in a taiga biome so i'll need to move somewhere warmer to use a blast furnace and actually make anything rotarycraftish...if only i'd known at the time ^_^)

Until then, good shout on the diamond dolly, that's cheap and perfect for my plan :D
