Problem Monster Server not starting completely

Hi,

I have run several FTB servers in the past(Ultimate, Tech World) However I can't for the life of me get this Monster server to work... So heres the issue.

I start the server and everything seems to be loading fine, but it stops after RecipeLoader.. Any ideas why?

Any help is greatly appreciated,
