Bug Monster pack - RotaryCraft Boring Machine issue

For some reason my Boring Machine will not drop the items it mines, despite having Drops turned On... It has the Efficiency 5 and Silk Touch enchantments on it. Is there some way I can fix this? I'd rather not start a new save.

Both of which are abysmally out of date.

The FTB team put their foot down and stopped any 1.6.4 packs from getting updates. If your still running those packs, chances are that at least a few mods need updates to fix issues like this one.

If I update, it won't screw my save up will it? Ill back it up, but it will still be pretty crappy to start over since I finally was able to build a ME 16m Storage
