Windows .exe Monster Pack Loading Issue

Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 64-bit
Java version/update, bit type: Version 7 Update 45 (64 and 32-bit)
Launcher version: 1.3.4
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): Yes

Description of the problem: I cannot open the Monster pack. I download it, then some more stuff appears in console, then it just stops. I don't think it just needs more time because I tried waiting for 4 hours and nothing.

Install folder looks good, OS looks good, RAM looks good. You could try updating Java to 1.7.0_51 x64, see if that helps?
 
Remove the exclamation mark from the end of your install directory.

Also if you look at the log it refers to a location that is not there.
