So i placed a quarry a few chunks away from my base and when i tried to power it with TE3 conduits i wont start doing stuff. But RF is transmitted because i placed a hardened Energy Cell and it started loading so where is the problem? i tried connecting the quarry directly, with conduits and now beside the Energy Cell, what am i doing wrong?
And why cant i transfer BC Energy over Tesseracts?

TE no longer uses MJ but purely RF. Any TE conduits do have inbuilt RF -> MJ conversion, but not the other way. So any BC machines attached with conduits will still work. But you cannot input MJ into a RF network (easily anyway). Use RF power producing alternatives instead.

Having a bit difficulty figuring out exactly what kind of power setup you are attempting. Consider posting a screenshot and a more detailed description so we can better help. But if you are powering it from an energy cell, have you configured the side to output mode (Orange)?

Well now i solved it with an extra pair of power converters, but i tried connecting it directly with a leadstone conduit so there schouldnt be a problem with output sides or?

Still have no clue on your actual setup. You just ran conduits all the way from base to quarry? If that is the case you really need to be carefull to keep everything chunk loaded or you get hit by the conduit invisible disconnect bug(conduits appears fine but will have lost connection at chunk borders).

Also BC machines now have a minimum power requirement. Lead stone grade conduits are limited by 80rf (8mj) but that should be enough to get it running.

no the conduits ran from my receiver tesseract to my quarry but bothing happend although there was a power flow like i tested with the energy cell.
And yes i used chunk loaders on my base and at the quarry

Aha, so it is tesseract->conduit->quarry.
You might want to try redstone conduits instead. Leadstone and hardened have a bit of reputation of being buggy in some situations. I can guarantee that that setup should work, I use it myself.

But make sure you are actually sending it enough power as well to activate the quarry. It will no longer run on very low energy, but like I mentioned has a minimum requirement to activate.
