This mod pack is recommended for use on 64 bit systems with 2-5 GB allocated to your launcher.

Hello,
Operating System : Windows 7, 64 bits
Java Version : Version 7 update 45, build 1.7.0_45-b18
Launcher Version : FTB Launcher v1.3.2
Pastebin : http://pastebin.com/2iqJ6Vu0
Description of the problem : I downloaded the recommended version of the Monster mod pack. I press Launch, some text scroll on the console and both launcher and console crash. This happens also with the latest Direwolf 20 mod pack (the one on 1.6). However, everything goes as it should be when I play 1.5 mod packs. I think I try everything I thought of to fix that but no success (redownload the launcher, the mod packs - from nothing-, ...).

Hope you guys find something to help a desperate Minecraft player. Happy new year Eve :) Take it easy

You have an out of memory error because you are using 32 bit java and you should be using 64 bit. Remove any versions of java you have then reboot. Now install the x64 one from here.

Once you do this allocate between 2 & 5gb only if you have enough system ram e.g if you have 8gb allocate 5gb and if you have 4gb then allocate 2gb because you don't want to stave your system by giving java too much.

If you are able to allocate 3gb, or more, then add the jvm arguments from the thread linked below. Copy and paste the text into the jvm additional parameters box in advanced options.
