Problem Monster 1.1.0 Crash

I host a server with fragnet we just recently updated to monster 1.1.0 and 2 of my players cant connect it connects them and then closes their game. What should I have them do?

Monster 1.1.0 will require a map reset from older versions. I would need to see a crash report or some form of an error to see what is wrong.
