Monitors randomly turning black

I recently started hosting an FTB server and since then my monitors(I have 2) will randomly turn black which only be fixed from me restarting my computer. I don't know how this is causing this but it has only happened since I started running a server and only while the server is running and I'm playing minecraft so far. What's going on?

Are the monitors still showing that they are on i.e green light or whatever. What happens if you press ctrl + alt and delete does anything appear on screen.

Yes the monitors are still on(there is a light), and pressing ctrl+alt+delete does nothing
