Monazit Ore and Forcicium

I was playing FTB, and I came across a new ore in my world. It's a black and green ore, called monazit, and when smelted, it creates forcicium. After a Google check, however, I cannot find anything regarding it. I have no clue what it is or from what mod pack it comes from, so any info would be nice.

It's for MFFS (Modular Force Field System). More information (for now) can be found on the IC2 forum thread where it lives. Direwolf20 also recently did a spotlight on it.

Great tip here, if you find something and don't know what it does, hover your mouse over it in your inv and press 'u' to see its uses in recipes. And 'r' to see how to make something. Works hovering over items in NEI too.
