Modular Powersuit: Plasma Cannon doesn't fire?

So I'm playing on my own ftb ultimate server.

I made a power suit tinker table and a power tool.

I have the Plasma Cannon and Elite Battery installed on my power tool.

Elite Battery is charged to 5 MJ and my power tool is set to the lowest setting, but when I right click I notice that the plasma cannon doesn't shoot. There isn't even a charge up animation.

Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Shift mousewheel should enable it. Your tool can have multiple modes for rightclick. Currently it's supports a craftng table, a teleportation pointer, and your cannon.
