Modular Power Suit - No Rail Gun?

Hey guys!

I am playing with the modular power suit mod (FTB Ulitmate Pack mod version 0.3.0-178), but cannot seem to figure out how to get the railgun crafted. I see it on the wiki, but for the life of me cannot figure out why it does not appear when i use the tinker table. I did the plasma gun, used my mousewheel to activate it and am happily blowing 500 milicreeper holes in stuff. BUT I MUST HAVE THE RAILGUN. Please tell me it has not been removed or something?

Sounds like the prototype was added in build 194? Am I just running an older version of the mod?

I'm sure you realise this but as long as you get the 199 build, as the newer ones are for 1.5+

I have version 199 and can't fire it. What am I doing wrong?

NVM, figured it out. Had to sneak and use the mouse wheel to set it.
