Modular Power suit Bug !! plz Help

so i have a bug with my Modular Power suit.. when i press K for key binding.. i cant know wich thing is what because it's all white square...

Blame optifine! Kill it with fire!

Most players report improvements by editing configs/machinemuse/mmmPowerSuits.cfg to disable the fancy font engine and font antialiasing, but the better fix is to stop using Optifine with Forge mods, Forge has a number of hacks and patches included to stop Optifine just straight up not working at all when Forge is installed, but they really aren't compatible. If you want a proper solution, please go bug the Optifine authors to fix it / update it, i'm sure we'd all appreciate it if they did

Though chances are (about 99.99%) it's only due to Optifine.
