Modtweaker how to use?

Hello everyone! please explain how to use ModTweaker. I tried adding a recipe for Metallurgy 4 and I can't do anything. Do this: in the folder imcScripts create a file modtweaker.zs and there to test, insert a row mods.metallurgy.Crusher.addRecipe(<minecraft:cactus>, <minecraft:dye:2>); however, in the game nothing happens... What's wrong? Just apologize for my English

Isn't it supposed to be in the folder "scripts"?
