Mods which I should deactivate?

Hi.

Im just in the process of making a new whitelisted server and would like to know if I should deactivate any mods in which can be exploited to give a player an advantage in which another player might not have if he does not know about the exploit?

Also another question has anyone got any protection mods/plugins to be used with FTB which wont cause any problems?

I don't think there are any major exploits with Mindcrack. Although the uncrafting table from twilight forest has a bug where if you shift click the product out of the crafting table, it will craft it without using up any resources. But I wouldn't disable all of twilight forest for that. Just ban uncrafting tables
Also rubber boots from IC2 have a bug which makes you invincible.. most of the time

As for server management mods, get ForgeEssentials, it's still in alpha but is very useful.

Okay thanks! Is there anyway I can just disable the crafting table? Cause just looked in the CFG for twilight forest and said nothing about being able to disable the crafting table...

I don't think there is a way to disable it, but you could just make it against the rules. Plus many players don't know about the exploit. Honestly, I don't know if the bug is still there in 1.4.6
