Windows .exe Mods packs no loading in Client

I just restarted my FTB client 1.3.2 to switch into a different Minecraft account and none of the Modpacks/Map/Texture Packs will load.

Yeah really sucks, hopefully we can get some clarification on what's wrong with the servers asap.
