Windows .exe Mods need configuring?

When I launch the Mindcrack pack, my Console comes up with some lines saying I have to allow mods to overwrite recipes and such in the config files but I don't know how to do that. The errors will be posted below, can anyone tell me how to fix each problem?

The Pulverizer recipe error is posted a few times because that's how many times it was in the Console; the same error 4 times at the same time.

Bump? I'd like to fix these errors within the next week so I can actually start playing with the knowledge that everything is alright with my pack.

Update: I think I found the Thermal Expansion file. Under Recipe handlers, there was a B:factory.pulverizer.override which I set from False to True. However I noticed that there were others under Recipe Handlers that were set to false, yet I didn't get an error from it.

Urrgh, can you change the colours on that, it's so hard to read.

The Pulveriser ones are fine, those don't do anything.
You never actually specified, is it causing any problems ingame? If it isn't, then there isn't a problem. If it is, can you please post the whole console log (and crash report, if available) to pastebin and provide the link?

For others, the MFFS one is fine, and the Xycraft one is impossible to tell, since all it says is "true". Not sure about the Forestry ones, but again, if you don't crash, then it's meant to be like that.

My understanding of it is that mods (GregTech, for instance) will try and override other mod's crafting recipes for several reasons, one of which is to make the game harder. If the mod that it's trying to override doesn't allow for it, it'll say something like that.

I would change the colors if I knew how to without retyping it completely.

As far as I've played, they haven't caused any issues such as crashing but the Forestry and MFFS seemed like part of the mods were disabled because they couldn't read the files and I assumed that if I didn't change the Pulverizer config that I wouldn't be able to craft it.
But if they don't affect anything at all then thanks for telling me.
