Mods for Monster Request (for Ultimate compatability)

I'm not asking that these be enabled by default. Just having these on-tap from the disabled list would make things convenient for converting Monster into an Ultimate replacement (And with my mIDas Gold improvements and mappings capable of upgrading Ultimate worlds to Monster.).

Um. Yeah. There's a way to have these mods in Monster. It's called adding them yourself. Have fun.
