I reinstalled the FTB launcher yesterday and 99% of the modpacks aren't showing up. The only ones showing up are Omnia, Skyfactory 3, and Revelation. Where is the others like Regrowth, Agrarian skies, etc.?

Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Hi it sounds you have downloaded the new FTB app and not the Classic Launcher as the old packs have not yet been ported yet.
To download the Classic Launcher go to the ftb main site and click where it says Classic Launcher and it will give you links to download it
