Operating System and bit type: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Java version/update and bit type: 7u45 x64
Launcher version: 1.3.2

Description of the Issue:
I try to launch either modpack , and it just sit's there for a very long time, with the message
dirs mk'd debug: retaining modpack file: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\ftblauncher\ModPacks\Horizons\Horizons.zip
Then after ~15 minutes it tries to download some kind of sound files and makes no progress.
Not sure what to do, as I've run it as Admin, redownloaded the launcher twice, forced an update, and manually set it download from my closest location. Any ideas?
