ModPack Not Loading

I'm having issues with the mod packs not loading. I've tried the .jar and .exe file. Neither of them have worked, any advice?

When did you last try to load them? If it was a few minutes ago there are allot of people trying to update at once give it a little while and try again ?

Try running as administrator. It seems Java can't write to registries.

Ah, yeah I'm not used to this forum software so I never saw any dates! I see where they are now, though.

No worries! Were you able to get your game to load?

Yes, it is rather slow although. Modpacks take awhile to load and maps don't load at all. They were able to load previously (as in, hours ago).

Ping results show a lot of packet loss but other than that, the FTB console shows nothing after the line:
