modpack mods failing to download

Details of the issue:
whenever i try to download the modpack it gets stuck on a mod (different every time) but always says that it failed to download it. this has also happened when i tried to download other modpacks​

Getting the same issue trying to download FTB infinity evolved and skyblocks. Other mod packs do the same. Sorry I am no help.
