Title Modpack lagging but good PC

Details of the issue If I try to play one of the newer Modpacks (tried with Forever Stranded and Project Ozone 2) the game lags really bad.

My PC Specs:
GPU: Radeon HD 7970
CPU: Intel i7 3770
RAM: 16 GB

Any Idea why the game is lagging, and how to solve it?

sorry, no idea why. Maybe if you add a log (upload it to pastebin or similar and put a link in this thread)
