Windows .exe Modpack download near completion then it fails.

Every time I try to download a modpack it gets to the end of downloading (about 20kb off completion) then I get an error saying "Error Downloading Modpack!!!". I have tried almost everything, deleting ftblauncher from appdata, deleting my FTB directory, changing the download location, disabling anti-virus and still the same problem.

Java version/update, bit type: 1.7.0_45 32 Bit Java :(
Launcher version: Latest (all versions seem to do it)
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): Yes

Description of the problem: Modpack download nears completion (about 20kb) then I get the "Error Downloading Modpack!!!" error. Every pack does this, I have tried everything.
