i have the same Problem but with (i think) the forge launcher and the skyfactory 3 modpack

Tried more RAM and pack repair still same issue. I think my Java is corrupted somehow. Spent an hour removing all traces of JAVA but issues still remained. Gave up and did a fresh install of windows and now everything works fine. No idea what the issue actually was but definitely Java on my end.
