I'm quite excited everytime a modjam happens, I always love to see the modders stream their mod coding and I love the competition they're in.
sadly, we'll sooner see Elvis Presley return to earth alive then me coding a mod

quite interesting aswell to see how Pahimar will be doing the modjam :)

Some awesome fun mods have come out of Modjam...mostly from iChun :D

that's not... completely true. it's true that ichun made some very fun and awesome mods during modjam, but other modders also made some very good mods. you just didn't really heard alot about those mods because those mod authors were not that known. it'd be nice if someone from the modjam team could make some sort of mod spotlights on all the mods, to give all the mods their time to shine

Fair enough the ones that have stuck in my mind were from iChun though, I'll rephrase "Some awesome fun mods have come out of Modjam, the ones I remember best (and seem to be the mose insane) are from iChun" :p

Yeah a Modjam spotlight series would be good someone should ask a couple of the better known spotlighters to do them, hmm Pahimar is hosting this one iirc :)

I do really hope though that this modjam will be as popular as the last one.
I really like the whole idea of modjam and wouldn't mind at all if it'd only get bigger and bigger

I'm seriously considering entering. Been wanting to make a mod for a while now, and this is the perfect excuse :)

I am just about to start modding but I will probably be in the tinkering around getting my bearings phase for a while so I don't think I am ready for modjam this time round. Maybe next time. In the meantime, I will be interested to see what people do this time round - especially you guys here on these forums, go team!

modjam is a 3 day mod dev tournament and I do know its not just exclusive to minecraft but other games as well

Personally, I think the best part about ModJam is the fact that all the mods created have to be open source. It encourages more people to open source their mods and in turn helps all the modders in the modding community by letting each other feed off all the different mods encouraging more efficient and creative ways to code.

plus some of the mods that come out on modjam are interesting I'm actually wishing that team metallurgy push forth with the dev of agriculture mod since its on halt due to metallurgy

Yep, I'll definitely be doing this, currently fixing my dev environment because it takes ages and I don't wanna risk wasting time like that, as it takes me like 2 hours to install the Forge source.

Yeah, i agree. with the last modjam the only mod i heard of was translocators(well thats all i can remember)

Ooooooh. I like participating in jams.

Then again, I have no idea what I'd write or what I'd do about textures. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
